It happened by accident. One of the ScrapingScrap members was messing about drawing flames on the bonnet with a pencil. They were just about visible a week later, it was a hot day and there were several cold beers in the fridge. Oh no a can of silver paint had just been found. 6 hours, several more beers and 3 rolls of masking tape later it was just about finished. Not bad for a first flame job.
